Delivery + Returns


Items are sent via USPS First Class, Priority, or Express within the United States and Internationally to select countries.  If your country is not shown in the delivery menu at check out, please contact us to arrange shipping.

Shipping costs are based on weight and include both postage and packing  of items ordered.

You will receive an email confirmation when your order is received.  Our goal is to ship your items as soon as possible after receipt of the order. You will also receive an email confirmation when your order ships with a tracking number if available. A physical address is required for all deliveries, therefore we cannot make shipments to P.O.Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Return + Exchange Policy

We hope you are delighted with your purchase from Little British Cottage Co., however if for any reason you are unsatisfied and wish to return or exchange your items please contact us within 14 working days of receipt of delivery.  Little British Cottage Co. will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Refunds for items returned more than 14 days after the purchase date will be in the form of a store credit which you can apply to a future purchase with Little British Cottage Co.. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Handmade Items By Little British Cottage Co.

We stock a small quantity of our handmade items and often each handmade item is made upon receipt of order.  If you have ordered a handmade item by Little British Cottage Co., you will be notified by e-mail of it's stock and/or production status as well as shipping lead time.
